Main parameters
"Marka-S" STSC provides simulation of air and ground
tactical situation in real-time.
Air tactical situation simulation is realized within the
area of supposed operations, within the radius of 1600
km and 30000m by height.
Components and Functions
"Marka-S" STSC consists of 2 basic subsystems:
subsystem of tactical conditions simulation and
subsystem of control, processing and displaying are
combined into LAN, providing data-time interaction and a
real time mode in the "RM" product standard equipment.
The subsystem of control, processing and displaying
provides transmission of self-testing messages to the
subsystem of tactical conditions simulation.
The subsystem of tactical conditions simulation includes
the following working positions:
- Pseudo-pilots (3 sets);
- Flight instructor (1 set);
- Flight supervision personnel (3 sets).
The subsystem of tactical conditions simulation
provides:
- Simulation of aerial and ground tactical
conditions in real time;
- Weather conditions simulation;
- Ghost-operation for a mobile altimeter operator;
- Simulation of 8 radio-communication channels
("ground-air", "air-air");
- Simulation of secondary command information
transmitted to A-50 aircraft from ground combat
point;
- Simultaneous control of 12 fighters by Automatic
Control System commands from "RM" radio-technical
complex.
The subsystem of control, processing and displaying
consists of the following working positions (WP):
- Escort operators WP (3 sets);
- Guidance navigator WP (4 sets);
- Radio-technical complex flight engineer (1 set);
- Radar system flight engineer (1 set);
- Automated working position of technical
monitoring and control, and also of airborne
computer system simulator (1 set).
The subsystem of control, processing and displaying
provides reception of:
- Necessary data for WPs standard operation;
- Tactical conditions information and special
information;
- Reporting information (interchange with
Automated Control System), transmitted to
ground-based combat point via communication
channels.
At that, the subsystem of control, processing and
displaying provides digital processing of radar data,
current data from Ground Automated Control System, "RM"
radio-technical complex battle-crew commands execution,
data displaying on regular WP and generation of data for
automated fighters control.
