Purpose
REPITER-M is intended for training and estimating skill
level of Supervisor Group and Combat points control
personnel of AF, Air Defense and Navy air-units
concerning combat operations and flights management
under the conditions of fire, trajectory and enemy ECM
(electronic countermeasures).
TSC is being installed at the educational institutions,
AF Combat Training and pilots training Centers.
TSC provides the following trainings:
- Flights control in set responsibility areas
using radio- technical systems and communication
facilities of a base aerodrome;
- Improving professional skills of flights
supervisor group in emergency situations, special
flight cases, radio-technical support facilities
failure, and also in case of factors limiting
working efficiency of the above mentioned
facilities;
- Aircraft control at aiming at air, ground and
sea targets under the conditions of jamming and
interferences;
- Overcoming enemy Air Defense lines;
- Carrying out two-way combat control personnel
training of two Combat point air-units with
participation of the commanders and headquarters
under the conditions approximating to real ones.
The complex enables to carry out scaled-down
simulation of tactical methods and ways of combat using
both military aircraft being adopted by air forces and
last developments of ground-based and airborne
equipment.
REPITER-M can also be used by air defense radio forces
for:
- Initial training in compliance with an
educational institution program and combat training
course;
- Personnel training (radar operators) of company
control point, battalion combat point and radio
forces (using single modules).
REPITER-M provides:
- Air space (range is not limited) simulation,
detection range is set according to performance
specifications of chosen circular surveillance
radar;
- Simulation of any air space management
structures, both AF and Civil Aviation;
- Capability of students and officers in forces
training and acquaintance with operation of civil
air services specialists;
- Simulation of positions and operation of
anti-aircraft-missile complexes, tracking and
monitoring radar facilities with simulation of radar
field, "ground-air" missiles range, targets
distribution between ground-based and airborne air
defense facilities;
- Capability of working out methodological
recommendations concerning air defense facilities
usage, scaled down approbation of new methods and
the most efficient usage of air defense facilities.
