SINTEZ ARM-A for ATC terminals and SINTEZ ARM-R for
ATC areas are the simplest models of the Unified Series
of SINTEZ Automated ATC systems. They are designed to
automate the air traffic control processes at the
terminals and areas with average and low air traffic, to
equip ACCs, TCCs, TWRs and also to be used as "by-pass"
for large ATC systems.
SINTEZ CWPs provide "all-in-one" solution.
SINTEZ CWPs have external
interfaces with:
- terminal and en-route radars of all types both
with and without extractors and data communication
equipment;
- ADF;
- Weather data sources: AWOS and AWR.
Main capabilities
1. Input, processing and displaying of air situation
information, including:
- radar (up to 8 radars);
- ADF;
- Weather (AWOS, AWR).
2. Input, processing and presentation of current
flight plans elements (CALLSIGN, COP, CFL, TFL, PEL, DEP,
DEST, etc.) in lists and labels.
3. Multiradar processing of radar information when
several radar complexes are available;
4. Current and predicted air situation monitoring and
working out of the following alerts:
- Achievement of Separation Standards (SSA);
- Short Term Conflict Alert (STCA);
- Minimum Safe Altitude Warning (MSAW).
5. Monitoring of approach safety using the
information of terminal surveillance radar.
6. Air situation presentation on display:
-
current
air situation (tracks, labels, vectors etc.)
including airspace restrictions and dangerous
weather phenomena;
- maps;
- flight data, sector inbound list and coast list
windows;
- range and bearing tool;
- short-term forecasting using related radar
information;
- air situation forecasting using flight data
including estimated time of overflying an exit point
from ATC sector;
- alert of potential conflicts (SSA, STCA, MSAW);
- alert on deviation from cleared flight level;
- alerts and values of deviations from glideslobe.
7. Recording and playback of radar and ADF data.
