SINTEZ-TC ISS is intended for training and retraining
controllers of terminal areas and ACC ATC systems of
various automation levels; it provides ATC controllers
training in accordance with set rules of operation on
all ATC working positions that could be adapted for
corresponding areas and sectors of Customer's airports
(ACC, approach, circle, landing/take-off, taxiing),
along routes and off the routes, in airport ACCs and
combined areas.

SINTEZ-TC system simulator is
assembled using a number of universal training modules (UTM)
defined by the Customer. All UTMs are realized on the
distributed architecture of computing facilities
combined into complex by LAN.
Each UTM includes:
- Trained controller automated working position
(ARM-D);
- Pseudo-pilot /instructor automated working
position (ARM-PO).
Three types of UTMs (with different number of WPs
and its components) are realized in SINTEZ-TC ISS:
- UTM-1 contains radar controller ARM-D1 and
ARM-PO;
- UTM-2 contains radar controller ARM-D1,
procedural controller ARM-D2 and ARM-PO
- UTM –V1¸5 contains ARM-D1, ARM-PO and
hardware-software visualization facilities (APSV) of
controlled terminal area situation for several
channels (form 1 up to 5)
Moreover, two system administrator working positions
(RM-SAS of system part and RM-SAM of simulating part
of the simulator) and server for radar and flight
data processing are included into the configuration
(SORPI).
