ALL-RUSSIAN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF RADIO EQUIPMENT, ITS VNIIRA-UVD BRANCH AND VNIIRA-OVD JSC ARE THE TRADITIONAL DESIGNERS OF AUTOMATED ATC SYSTEMS:

• In 1975, the first national START automated ATC system, including SSR and PSR data processing and processing of the elements of current flight plans was developed;

• 
  In 1986, SPEKTR automated ATC system of the second generation was developed where not only radar information but also flight data processing were automated on complete scale, including calculation of 4D trajectories and monitoring of conflict-free air situation (STCA, MSAW);

• In the 1990`s The Unified Series of SINTEZ automated ATC systems of the highest automation level was developed (MONA, SNET, MTCD…), meeting EUROCONTROL recommendations and providing stripless ATC technology.

More than 40 ATC centers are equipped with the Unified Series of SINTEZ automated ATC systems.

We carry out site surveys and are developing complex projects; their implementation will provide more efficient solutions of the Customer problems.
We are ready to integrate into the system any radar facilities, both those of the Customer and advanced ones of any manufactures.
Our acquired experience and knowledge of ATC facilities being in operation guarantee their use up to complete exhausting of service life that allows to reduce significantly the expenses for reequipping.

We provide "turn-key" objects, warranty and post warranty maintenance of the implemented systems and complexes within their whole service life.
